Lockdown and covid gave me time to gain some perspective on my life. I’d been focused on so many things- busy things that I thought were important, but I’d lost track of what I wanted most. When I wrote this song with Kevin Bennett, it was like a promise to myself to never do that again, not wait for lightning to strike but to grab the bull by the horns and take a leap of faith’.
